Position Summary:

Trek has a great opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to make a meaningful contribution to our ongoing treasury transformation. This role will have significant interaction with our global subsidiaries and reports directly to the Treasury Operations Manager.  You will provide Treasury support to our global retail business including implementing/optimizing and supporting our treasury management system (TMS) along with other projects to reduce cost, improve processes, enhance controls, reduce risk, and optimize cash.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the treasury business partner to our rapidly growing global retail business
  • Drive improvements in global cash management and cash forecasting processes
  • Central point of contact for requests from our global subsidiaries for bank/treasury support
  • Assist with bank accounts and other treasury services to support international growth initiatives
  • Serve as backup for the cash manager; perform daily cash position and other duties
  • Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Help manage global bank accounts; train subsidiaries on banks systems and services
  • Assist in the digital transformation of treasury; leverage TMS and BI to drive scale/efficiency
  • Support global treasury initiatives to minimize trapped cash as well as other strategic projects
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to drive continuous improvements within the department
  • Provide analytical support to monitor and improve our treasury management system
  • Help develop strong cash controls, bank administration, and global business processes

Requirements:

  • Curiosity and a learn-it-all mentality with a desire to constantly find better ways to do things
  • Able to build relationships and embrace, manage, and lead change across entities and functions
  • Ability to leverage systems (Kyriba, JD Edwards, Business Intelligence) to solve business issues
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, project management and teamwork skills
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset; ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • 2 or more years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or banking is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related degree is required
  • Experience working with international teams or with a multinational company would be helpful
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus
