Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our growing team. Recruiters at Trek Bicycle are strategic partners to both our team members and customer groups they support. Their day-to-day includes brainstorming, experimenting, collaborating and the relentless pursuit of top talent. This position will primarily focus on recruitment within the rapidly expanding North American Retail division.

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to determine the candidate’s culture fit, experience, and knowledge as it relates to position requirements. Manage ATS organization, diligently track the progress of candidates and provide the appropriate communication as they proceed through the evaluation process. Make offers and assist with onboarding of new hires. All of this should be conducted with passion for a spectacular candidate experience and a mission for putting the best team on the field. This is imperative to our success.

Develop a Strategy: Partner with Trek’s hiring managers to understand their organization, their challenges, and what makes a successful hire in their group. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. Constantly promote Trek as an employer of choice.

Provide Incredible Hospitality: Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all involved in the hiring process. Be dynamic and engaging when training, while being flexible to varying degrees of training needs. Be constantly learning – consistently collaborate with the team to improve your skills and the skills of those around you.

Continuously Improve: Partner cross-functionally to help build programs in employment brand, recruiting brand, and diversity hiring initiatives. Seek to understand what can be improved and actively request feedback. We are open to new ideas from anywhere.
