Job Description

The Rapha Cycling Club is at the heart of the brand, a place where our customers can experience the very best product, community and experiences that we have to offer. As Junior Product Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the RCC product strategy by curating the ultimate riding experience with a range of exclusive products for our members. Working closely with the RCC manager, marketing, product, creative and supply chain teams to ensure a compelling and viable product range that is delivered inline with the RCC and Rapha values, standards and strategic goals. THE ROLE: Curate a compelling emporium of exclusive co-branded third party products that enable our members to live a cycling based lifestyle Work with the product team to maintain the RCC team kit offering inline with new products in the main range collection and commercial range targets Surprise and delight with limited edition and unexpected product launches that allow our members to discover something new through Rapha Work closely with local and regional RCC and brand teams to gather relevant insights to define the RCC product range & concepts Work with the cross functional product and marketing teams to build product briefs that are both compelling and feasible Facilitate concepts through the cross functional team to ensure the products are brought to life inline with the intention of the brief Develop long term relationships with third party brands to consistently fulfill requirements for the RCC product range Support the supply chain team with onboarding third parties inline with Rapha standards THE CANDIDATE: Must possess a deep understanding of the Rapha Cycling Club, it’s member’s interests, their needs and what delights them Is passionate about and deeply understands the cycling market across all Rapha’s riding categories Has their finger on the pulse of trends outside cycling, with a discerning eye for considered brands and meaningful products that would resonate with the club’s members Is able to curate an authoritative collection of products that showcases Rapha’s vision of unquestioned product leadership Has a collaborative approach to work cross functionally with key stakeholders WORKING AT RAPHA We are continuously looking into ways to invest in our employees and build a better working culture and environment for everyone.
