Job Description

Rapha’s Technology team develops and maintains a Microsoft Dynamics Navision platform to support the core business process. The team supporting this system is made up of two parts: (i) development expertise and (ii) functional expertise. The team requires a junior  ERP analyst to support the Navision Platform. The system is being modified continuously to meet changing business requirements, and there is a need to further develop expertise in the platform. The role offers an opportunity to develop knowledge of the Navision ERP system along with exposure to some Microsoft server technologies which run the Navision system. The individual will develop both technical and analytical skills in this role. The ideal candidate for the role should have some experience working with Dynamics NAV or another ERP system, within an ecommerce and physical location retailer; with an understanding of data flows and processes within retail; and able to work with staff from other teams to develop & deliver expertise in the Navision platform. THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Navision Functional Analyst. Perform 1st line triage of Navision issues Develop an understanding of the business process in Rapha’s Navision system. To be able to perform 2nd line analysis & resolution of support issues. Daily checks of Navision system processes Daily checks of data flows with 3rd party providers Assist development team with testing of new code and bug fixes Develop knowledge base of answers to common Navision queries THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities: Experience (1+ years) of using of Navision or other complex ERP system Good communication and people skills; able to work well with non-tech teams Good documentation skills Experience of using help desk ticketing system; and help desk processes Good numerical and analytical skills Working at Rapha  We are continuously looking into ways to invest in our employees and build a better working culture and environment.
