Job Description

Our finance function operates at the heart of Rapha, controlling the cash within the business and providing support to help the business make decisions to keep moving forward. Reporting to our senior accounts assistant and sitting within a wider team, this is a fantastic entry level opportunity to join a growing team, supporting our international business and making the first step into a rewarding and challenging career in finance. The ideal person for this role will be to manage a busy workload, taking a methodical approach to their work, whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy. You’ll be a key point of contact between the Finance team and our internal and external stakeholders, so you’ll need to have excellent people and communication skills. THE ROLE Processing purchase invoices and credit notes Processing staff expenses according to company policy Managing supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment of creditors Preparation of payment runs Liaising with Retail teams to resolve queries Assist the management accounts team at month ends with entity reporting THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities: 2+ year experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role Organised with good time management Strong attention to detail Initiative and can-do attitude Adaptable and flexible Team player An interest in cycling and the business culture is an advantage WORKING AT RAPHA We are continuously looking into ways to invest in our employees and build a better working culture and environment.
